Diana Welch is the broker of Ocean Properties and has been a Rhode Island resident for the past ten years. She is an innovative, energetic entrepreneur with a variety of skills, interests and hobbies. In her leisure time, she enjoys boating, traveling, arts, crafts and music.
Diana has over 20 years expertise in the real estate industry, in which she has served with excellent stewardship and integrity throughout the mid-west and New England areas. Her expertise includes sales and service of commercial, residential and investment properties. She has considerable knowledge with 1031 IRS tax exchanges, new construction, building and land use, subdivisions, relocation and rentals.

Currently, Diana is a member of the Kent Washington Board, Rhode Island Association of Realtors, and Westerly Chamber of Commerce. She is the President and founder of Abba’s House of Prayer located in Westerly, RI. In addition, she has served on various community boards, events and family outreaches.
